Elif Seda Miami

A bilingual property website and social media campaigns for a Miami real estate advisor.

We brought Elif Seda Miami’s properties, neighborhood guides and new developments into a Turkish and English website. Alongside web design and development, we run the brand’s social media campaigns, with property posts and video content completing its digital presence.

Social media campaigns

We also run social media campaigns alongside the website. Selected posts and video covers from the account.

01 The starting point

Present properties, developments and local knowledge in a structure buyers can compare, then guide visitors toward a consultation in their preferred language.

02 Our contribution

We connected the property portfolio and guides through a shared information structure and built interfaces for browsing on desktop and phone. Search and social sharing previews reflect each page’s content and language. We also run social media campaigns alongside the website.

03 Discover properties in context

We connected portfolio cards with neighborhood guides and development details so visitors can consider more than price.

04 Visual storytelling with a clear next step

Large architectural images sit alongside restrained typography and consultation links. Property details and a personal conversation belong to the same experience.

05 Lasting identity, time-bound campaign

Time-bound work such as the October meetings is handled separately from the lasting advisor identity and portfolio. Article sharing cards also use a separate structure that preserves the home page’s brand card.

06 The result

Properties, neighborhoods and new developments connect in one web experience, helping visitors explore their options and get in touch for a consultation.
